●About leather
The leather used is cowhide that is discarded during the Eid festival in Bangladesh. The festival has the meaning of offering livestock to the gods and gaining joy by getting closer to the gods, and sharing food with family and those less fortunate. ``This is the Sandal'' is an upcycled sandal made from cowhide leather left over from the edible process.

We keep the impact on the environment to a minimum. These upcycling sandals are made from vegetable-tanned cowhide leather that does not use chemicals.
 
●About the creator
The factory is located in a quiet location away from the hustle and bustle, more than an hour from Dhaka, the capital of Bangladesh. We work with the aim of providing a place where people who are unable to escape from poverty and are economically disadvantaged can become independent through work and a place where they can work with confidence.
